Step-Aside Scramble

• Everyone tees off; the team picks the best shot.
• Whoever hit the chosen shot sits out the very next stroke. This rotation continues all the way into the hole, including putts.
• Place within one club-length (6 inches on the green), no nearer the hole.
• Every team member must have at least one putt on the card.
• 2 mulligans per team. A mulligan drive can't be used for longest, shortest or closest.

Tees

• White — All others
• Green — Men 55+ (or age + handicap = 60)
• Black — Women

Scoring

• The captain records one gross team score per hole on their phone (scan your team's QR code or open its link).
• The leaderboard ranks teams by score to par. Prizes for 1st and 2nd place.
• Ties for 1st or 2nd are settled by a putting challenge at the party.

Games

• Hole 2 — Poker. $10 per team, commit before teeing off. Every ball on the green gets a card; extra balls are $5 each. Best three-card hand wins the pot.
• Hole 5 — Shortest Drive. The shortest drive must be used as your second shot. Shortest drive used overall wins.
• Hole 6 — Blue Ball. After the tee shots, the blue ball must be played on every stroke to count. Lowest blue-ball score wins; a lost or unplayable blue ball takes the team out of the contest.
• Hole 7 — Longest Drive (men & women). Must be in the fairway. A mulligan drive doesn't count.
• Hole 8 — Closest to the Pin (men & women). Must be on the green. A mulligan drive doesn't count.
